Report a Bug
You can report bugs directly from within the app using the built-in feedback tool. Shake your device or tap the feedback button to attach a screenshot and description.
Alternatively, email us at support@ignitecoaching.app with a description of the issue and any relevant screenshots.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account from within the app in Settings. If you are unable to access the app and need your account deleted, email us at support@ignitecoaching.app from the email address associated with your account. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data.

How do I connect with my coach?
Your coach will send you an invite code or link. Open the app, sign in, and enter the invite code to connect with your coach.
How do I become a coach on the platform?
Join our waitlist at ignitecoaching.app and select "I'm a Coach." We'll review your application and grant access.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit, stored securely in Firebase, and access is restricted to authorized users. See our Privacy Policy for details.
